Cancellation Policy
  • 50% cancellation fees in case of cancellation 4 weeks prior to travel
  • 100% cancellation fees in case of cancellation 3 weeks prior to travel

Terms & Conditions

  • All rooms are on twin sharing basis. Single room will be charged extra as supplementary.
  • Airline and Hotel cancellation policy is applicable. Package is exclusive of any expenses caused by external factors like delays, road blocks, logistical problems or political outcome and airline policies.
  • Mango Man Tours has the right to decide the deduction amount in case of cancellation.
  • Mango Man Tours does not take any responsibility or liability with regards to Embassy’s decision regarding visas.
  • 100% amount will be non-refundable if tour is cancelled by customer for any reason in less than 14 working days prior to travel.
  • Once airline tickets are issued for the customer, package plan will be 100% non-refundable regardless of 14 working days prior notice policy.
  • Transportation facilities, meals and other services are based on local standard. Mango Man Tours will not be liable in case of personal preferences regarding the mentioned services.
  • There may be changes in hotels depending on availability of bookings though the category will be maintained the same.
  • Any changes in terms of currency depreciation will be charged accordingly.
  • Cancelation made due to any reason refund amount will be process within 21 days’ time.
  • Since we do not charge full price for ‘child’ therefore their meals and bed arrangements will be according to the price.
  • Standard meals will be provided in group packages including water. Soft and Hard drinks will be charged separately.
  • Mango Man Tours as company has right to change amend or cancel tour without even notice as well.
  • This is a group package therefore any changes required in the airline ticket by an individual will have to be on their own responsibility.
