Hunza is a district of Pakistan- ( ضلع ہنزہ :Urdu) administered Gilgit-Baltistan in the disputed Kashmir region. Hunza district is one of the 14 districts of the Pakistani-administered province of Gilgit-Baltistan

The Hunza people consume a predominantly plant- based diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, grains, and nuts.

Apricots are a staple of their diet, and they are famous for their longevity-promoting apricot kernel oil. It is said that many Hunza individuals live well into their 90s and even reach over 100 years of age.

  • Using drugs or intoxication of any kind is strictly prohibited. If anyone is caught using any kind of substance on buses

  • Time management / punctuality is strictly recommended. Participants are advised to use non-slippery
  • Shoes/Boot/Joggers/DMS, participants must not wear Heel/Dress Shoes. On steep ascends in mountainous areas,
  • air conditioned of the buses will be operational on on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating
  • The Company will not be responsible for any injury/damage/loss.
  • 100% amount will be non-refundable if tour is cancelled by customer for any reason in less than 14 days prior to travel.
  • Transportation facilities, meals and other services are based on local standard. Mango Man Tours will not be liable
  • in case of personal preferences regarding the mentioned services. There may be changes in hotels depending on
  • availability of bookings though the category will be maintained the same
  • Cancelation made due to any reason refund amount will be process within 21 days’ time. Since we do not charge
  • full price for ‘child’ therefore their meals and bed arrangements will be according to the price.
